The Pitcairn Islands is actually a grouping of four islands: Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno.  These four islands are actually volcanic islands that are a British over seas territory and only Pitcairn is populated.  That is a bit misleading, implying that maybe there is a large population on the island, but there is not.  it is home to less than 100 people so shipping a parcel there is not exactly the easiest task as its population does not warrant a formal, regular delivery route to be established, or at least it has not up until now.  That being said, you can still ship there, even if it may take a bit of time and you have to pay a premium to do so.
